# Hyper Club

> A proposed private automotive community in eastern Collier County, Naples, Florida,
> on the site of a former Ford Motor Company vehicle proving ground. Motorsport
> circuits, residences, and preserved habitat on one property.

Hyper Club is a pre-launch project currently in Collier County's entitlement and
permitting review. It is not open, and membership is not for sale. This site exists
for public information and to let interested parties register for updates.

## The site

- Location: eastern Collier County, Naples, Florida (26.169029, -81.527063)
- History: built 1985-1992 as a private vehicle evaluation center commissioned by
  Ford Motor Company, on 531 acres
- Existing infrastructure: over six miles of engineered road surfaces, including a
  dead-flat 2.1-mile three-lane straightaway (one of the only such straights in the
  world) and a 1.1-mile ride-and-handling loop

## Proposed program

Two two-mile circuits that combine into a 4.2-mile course; a private clubhouse with
dining; a wellness spa; climate-controlled vehicle storage; residences and casitas;
walking paths, lakes, and native vegetation. Site plan parcels include the Estates,
Villas, Flats A-D, Casitas, Clubhouse, North and South Paddock, Autocross, Turn 1
Club, a Collier County Sheriff's Office facility, and the Warehouse.

## Environment

The project publishes Florida panther telemetry data recorded 2020-2025 within a
two-mile radius of the property, alongside its habitat preservation commitments.
A downloadable telemetry map is available on the site.

## Stated public benefits

An on-site Collier County Sheriff's Office facility, expanded county tax base,
tourism spending, use of local vendors, job creation, and raising the region's
profile alongside Monterey and Palm Beach.
